I visited Shubh Hospital to Show my sister or Fever and to visit a friend as well who was hospitalised.We had a very baad experience there - First on two reception desks there was noone ..the receptionist was standing at the medical shop outside and upon entering was trying to tell us things which we ignored as we took him to be a some strnager lingering around ( he ws not in any uniform as well).When we first went to the reception desk a lady was there who handed a paper toekn (#10) to us and said we can come back after out visit in ten minutes !! when we came back the same stranger..the recpetionist was sitting there and he then started making a slip for us ( which basically shud have been prepred by that lady )>..whatever..finally this lazy receptionist started filling out our slip and attended half a dozen people in between...upon my asking him about whats the problem was ..he gave us the slip...was sweated without a fan and waited good 20 mnts for the number....at that very moment the doctor decide to start his evening round ( mr sudheer kuntheta)..and then someone else barged in before and took seats in the doctors office..when we alleged that it was our number ..they ddnt budge...we told this to this receptionist..who was bzz talking to some 'beta' on the phone & he was helpless..& god knows why we were given that number token !!!...if we had to fight it out..(i would have had called my GYm ffrenz in that case):-)...in the end ....we got our money refund...this happens to a sick person....accompanied by her sister in a hospital !!! WOW...The only probable reason i can understand is that it is a small hospital which has employed cheap labour without any manners and training and they live in the world where girls coming without any males are still a subject of great curiosity and someone to be loooked down at..and fussed at !!!....ALL GIRLS OUT THERE ...PLEASE DNT VISIT THIS CRAPPY PLACE ....THEY HAVE CRAPPY STAFF....SHAME ON YOU...YOU MONEY MINTING HEADS....U SHUD HAVE OPENED A PARCHOONEE SHOP..NOT HOSPITAL :-)))
qI eould like to share my part, once i went to shubh hospital too... though i am a boy and i din really got what you mean to say but speaking espcially abbout the staff and precisely about Dr. Sudhir.. well i think that he is a very exceptional Man.. and the staff that he has hired for ex a female physiotherapist Dr. Jini and Dr. kulbhushan the peadiatrician there are devoting the best of them there, you may complaint about the cheap labour that Dr. sudir has hired, but look at the other side that he has such professional staffs also speaking of "Cheap Staffs" well atleast Drz sudhir is kind enough to give employeements to the needy and who really cares for who is giving out slips its the treatment you are getting there.... as per me i think they are doing the best they can do with what they have... cheeeers :-)
